Our interior painting projects start with a detailed consultation and inspection that includes an assessment of needs. If any general repairs are needed prior to painting, we include them in the project proposal. We also will replace baseboards, molding, and trim if necessary.

We will prep and paint most areas inside your home, including:

• Walls, Doors, and Ceilings: Yes, even vaulted ceilings!
• Cabinets and Shelves: And that includes built-ins
• Wood Staining, Varnish, and Topcoats: We will stain your interior wood finishes according to your taste. A varnish topcoat will be applied.
• Detailed Millwork: Including windows, crown molding, trim, and baseboards

Nearly every exterior paint project starts with a power washing. Then, we thoroughly prime the surface—sand, dust, caulk, putty, spackle, fill, and clean—prior to painting. Our careful attention to detail ensures that you will get maximum adhesion and the professional finish that you expect. In addition to painting, our exterior services include:

• Power Washing/Mildew Treatment: Most homes should be power washed once a year. Extend the life of your home’s surface, reduce the need for repairs, and enjoy the look of a clean and well-kept home!
• Deck and Fence Staining and Sealing: Your wooden deck and outdoor fencing should be re-stained and sealed every few years. This is a simple way to protect your investment from the elements while maintaining a fresh look. Bondook offers these services to keep your outdoor space looking bright and new.
• Siding Replacement: To ensure that your home looks perfect when the job is complete, we will replace any siding, as needed.

• Hinges & Handles: Any faulty or damaged hinges and handles? We will gladly replace these.
• Doors & Cabinets: Have a cabinet door that needs refinishing, or is just loose and wobbly? Let us handle this job.
• Caulking: Need some gaps or cracks sealed? We will clean and caulk the surface for you.
• Carpentry: Quality carpentry work calls for physical strength, an eye for detail, and extensive experience. Let us do the work for you.
• Switch Plates: We will install switch plates and outlet covers throughout your home.
